Meet Robert
He’s more than just a nutrition expert, fitness enthusiast or health advocate. He is the real deal. Backed with a Bachelor’s, a Masters and PhD in different disciplines, has spent a career in corporate management. A new passion has brought him into health and wellness working as an independent Health Coach with clients across the U.S..

Experience and Credentials
He is an author, nutritionist and certified personal trainer. He is now fitter and happier in his mid fifties than he was in his early twenties and attributes that to research, education and learning how to properly fuel for daily performance and trim down at the same time.

Robert is certified in Herbs and Supplements, as a Holistic Nutritionist, Sports Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer. As with most, he spent his younger years very active, playing golf in college and rugby semi professionally along with running in a number of marathon events. An undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science, a Masters in Philosophy and Doctorate in Theology led to a corporate career behind a desk. It was not until an unexplained injury and the realization that there is a growing older population that will be in need of nutrition and fitness help that Robert's quest began. First order of business with him was losing 50 pounds knowing that it will be easier to lead by example and with a passion for teaching and helping others. 

He is a firm believer that a healthy lifestyle encompasses a physical, mental and emotional well-being. He also believes that there is more to a healthy lifestyle than just exercise; which is why he is focused on fitness and nutrition.

His Mission
His core belief is based on the power of food and the absolute requirement of exercise. This requirement does not need to be exhaustive but does need to be consistent. It is also his responsibility and commitment to write the Just Got Fit Blog and he regularly delivers corporate wellness workshops and coaches individuals privately and in small on-line groups knowing from personal experience that small efforts equal small steps which together with a little commitment, lead to a better well being.
